1. Use of License :

Kritrimvault.com grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use, modify, reproduce, transmit and display, and right to create derivative works with respect to the Content, Unlimited Times. For both 3d and Video content available on Kritrim Vault.

2. Restrictions:

 a) You can not use the premium versions of any file as Standalone file, You may not use content in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute content as a standalone file.

b) Do not use content in a pornographic, defamatory or other unlawful manner, to promote violence or hatred, or in violation, The Content may not under any circumstances be used in a way that would defame, malign, slander, asperse, libel, or vilify the persons, property, countries, races, customs, cultures, religions, governments or military visible on the Content, use any of the Content in any manner prohibited by Law.

c) Do not use Content marked as “Editorial Use Only” for commercial purposes

d) All copyrights, trademarks and service marks remain the exclusive property of the trademark or service mark proprietor

3. Intellectual property rights:

All of the licensed content is owned by either Kritrimvault.com or the artists who supply the content. All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved by kritrimvault.com and the content suppliers.

4. Credit Attribution :

You shall provide a credit line if you are using any editorial content.

5. Refund :

Kritrimvault do not offer any refund for downloaded files, you should always check what you are buying and , File returns will only be considered based on technical issues with the file at the sole discretion of kritrimvault.com.

6. Indemnification :

You assume full responsibility for the use of the Content, You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Kritrim Vault and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and content suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors and employees from all damages, liabilities, claims, lawsuits, torts and expenses (including reasonable legal costs including attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with any breach or alleged breach by you (or anyone acting on your behalf) of any of the terms of this agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability:

KRITRIM VAULT AND ITS LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES, COSTS OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF ISTOCK OR ITS LICENSORS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, COSTS OR LOSSES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT PERMIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY.

8) General Provisions:

a ) This Agreement is a license, not an agreement of sale. We and/or the Contributors will retain all other rights, including copyright and other proprietary rights in the Content, that are not specifically granted in this Agreement.

b)Assignment: This agreement is personal to you and is not assignable by you without Kritrim Vault prior written consent. Kritrim Vault may assign this agreement.

c) Electronic storage: You agree to retain the copyright symbol, the name of Kritrim Vault, the content’s identification number and any other information that may be embedded in the electronic file containing the original content, and to maintain appropriate security to protect the content from unauthorized use by third parties. You may make one (1) copy of the content for back-up purposes.

d) Inspection: Upon reasonable notice, KritrimVault may inspect any records, accounts and books relating to the use of any of the Content to ensure that the Content is being used in accordance with this Agreement.

e) Third party: If you are agreeing to these terms on behalf of someone else (like your employer) you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that third party.

f) Severability: If one or more of the provisions in this agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions should not be affected. Such provisions should be revised only to the extent necessary to make them enforceable.

g) Changes to Terms: Notwithstanding anything else in this or any other agreement, (i) We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and without prior notice, by posting amended terms on the Website, and (ii) you will be subject to the terms of this Agreement in force at the time that you download the Content.

h) Withdrawal: KritrimVault shall have the right to withdraw Content because of actual or threatened litigation with respect to the Content; any binding declaration or order issued by a competent court or government authority that prevents the content from being distributed; or any reason beyond our control. We shall give you as much advance notice as practicable of any such withdrawal. You acknowledge that our right to withdraw content pursuant to this paragraph is of a special and unique character which gives it a peculiar value and that your license or other exploitation of Content after the effective date of a notice of withdrawal could cause us irreparable injury and damage. You, therefore, agree that in addition to any right or remedy granted KritrimVault hereunder, we shall be entitled to injunctive and other equitable relief against you to prevent any exploitation after the effective date of a notice of withdrawal.

9) Editorial License :
